Terms of Service

Scalex Global LLP provides services related to water treatment, scaling-control solutions, engineering design, operation & maintenance, consultancy and related professional services. Any specific engagement or project will be subject to a separate written agreement describing the scope, deliverables, fees, timelines and other terms.

• You agree to use the Site and services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• You will provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or submitting forms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you.

All services, quotations and work orders are subject to a formal written agreement between the client and Scalex Global LLP. Quotations provided on the Site are indicative and subject to a detailed assessment, scope confirmation and final written agreement.

Payment terms, schedules and methods will be set out in the service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated in the invoice. Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Scalex Global LLP retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in materials, designs, reports, drawings and software developed by us. On payment in full of all amounts due, clients are granted a licence to use deliverables for the agreed purposes.

We endeavour to provide professional and competent services. Except where required by law, all services and deliverables are provided "as is" and Scalex Global LLP disclaims all warranties (express or implied) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalex Global LLP's liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with services or the Site is limited to the fees paid for the particular service. We will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.

The parties shall treat as confidential all information disclosed in the course of delivering services, unless such information is public or required to be disclosed by law. Confidential information must not be used or disclosed except for the purposes of the engagement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in that agreement. Termination will not affect accrued rights or liabilities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from services shall be referred to the courts of Bangalore, India, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
